    Re: Tato Cid

Welcome, TATO CID! Both images are very nice. I really like being able to see so much detail in the driver's and passengers' faces yet the man-made light is so distorted -- and then there is that moon in just the right spot.

The second image is powerful as well -- love the lighting and the closeness. The one small nitpick I have would be the catch-light in her left eye is just a little overpowering.

Look forward to more photos from you!

    Welcome to the site!

I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more than one comment so far. Both images are great!

Interesting light trails there. I kind of like the ones up high, and their pattern. Photographing vehicles at night can be fun, good shot.

This is the better one by far. Composition is excellent, the girl is off to the right, with the head turned into the frame. Also the background is nicely blurred, non distracting and complements the subject well. Even the lighting is perfect in my opinion, strong yet diffuse enough to maintain shadow detail. But the real plus is the EYES. Great work, honestly can't see any way to improve!

I like this portrait. I like the positioning of the subject within the frame and textures and colors within the shot. Very nice image
Too bad all the people who know how to run this country are busy running taxicabs or cutting hair.

The portrait rocks (that is a good thing). Nice focus, conmposition and lighting.

For the bus photo you used your flash set normally hence the trail of lights going forward. The normal way to take this image is to set the flash to "second curtain" so the flash happens at the end of the exposure and the trail of lights goes backwards giving the illusion that the vehicle is moving forward.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Wow, the first doesn't do much for me, looks like someone bumped you when taking the shot, but #2 is brilliant, love the colours and look, composition etc, it's a great shot well done and welcome. S
