It does have a bomb shelter look to it. I think making the sky darker might add to the ominous feel.

What a crazy building...I don't know what we were doing with Brutalist architecture fad. But it does make for an excellent photograph. I am fan. I Like the sky as is, it makes the building standout without being unrealistic. I like it.
