    Twin Lens Camera

Oh boy - I couldn't wait to post this!

Taken in Reno, NV with the Olympus E-30 digital SLR and converted to B&W with a Photoshop Channel Mixer adjustment layer.

Glad you like. Taking a picture was not optional. I only wish I had someone with me to be taking a picture in my picture. Then it would have been complete. It feels a little empty in the lower right. Next time I'm in Reno, maybe I'll see if I can't try it again.

It was behind a Starbucks. I think the location is California Ave and Virginia St, just south of downtown.

Great photo! Now be sure to take your TLR with you when and use it to 'shoot the camera' while someone is photographing you!

Awesome. The fact that the images on the film are pretty close to square, and they didn't add sprocket holes, makes it even better. It really bugs me when people draw film strips wrong.

That's almost as bad as when you hear the automatic film advance with a digital camera in a movie

That ain't gonna happen. No scanner for big film and no time for film - that's part of the reason I originally made the switch to full digi. And then I discovered it worked better for me :-)

But it is available if Utah folks wanna borrow it. Got a Holga here, too. And next time I visit CA, I may even get my 6x7 out of storage.

Yup. And I also have a 6x7, although it's in storage in California. Both are available to you, if you want. I will have to remember to pick up the 6x7 next time I go back to the Bay.
