    Wow, what a beautiful shot. I like the colors and sharpness, and the composition is powerful. The photo isn't saying a lot but what it does say is strong. My only real criticism is that the center of the ripple is blocked by the railing. Otherwise good show.

    Thanks Greg, no it's a duck. I get my film back today from the same shoot and I am looking forward to seeing what I got with it. Several ducks and the sun lined up nice for one shot, just have to pick up the disc!

    Did you use your 17-40 f/4L for this shot?

    I like the shot and the blending colors and light. I'd have probably cropped a bit more off the top to give more weight to the bottom. What looks like leaves in the water bottom right is a bit distracting. I like that the water ripples are blocked by the bars as there is so much to look at in this shot it seems to fit. S
