I really like the second shot. My only suggestion would be to skew the window frames straight. You placed the person in a great spot. Well done Don........
I am like Barney Fife, I have a gun but Andy makes me keep the bullet in my pocket..
Don, you're never going to live down the bus I'm afraid, you were probably in a plane... I like both shots, the composition of the 1st with arms locked the leaves, very nice, I feel from the shot that the person to the left is less confident with navigating the steps compared to the person on the right, it has feeling, nice. For the second, I'd have probably yelled out to have the person on the ground look up and then take the shot. S
 Shootme...

Hi Don ... Yes - that second one is a cracker! The red pavement markings make it. As has been said though, you really need to skew the windows straight. With that, it's a winner.
Both are completely candid. The firs was snapped from a 6 story tower at the forks. The second was shot from the ground, the building has a big reflecting wall that tilts down over the street.
I have taken photos from our Winnipeg hover busses which flit around the city's crowded airspace just above the street (just kidding).
