I am curious as to why you shot from the back of the Sunflower?

There does not seem to be an element of moisture or fog in the image.

It just looked cool to me at the time. The moisture is hard to see but in the sky there faint grey streaks.

I like the concept but for me my eye is going to the sky rather than the sunflower.

    Re: Fog Lifting

you've tried very hard on this shot and it shows, very valient attempt,i see the fog you mention but your flower over powers the shot,so the title should be changed, because it doesn't work here,my eyes were drawn to the very nice detail on the stem and its hair, with light shining on them, next problem would be why the back of the flower, your intentions were not the stem, composition is almost there, but a few key pedals were chopped off, perhaps alittle too cropped, textures are there,as i said early your on the right track, great crisp focus, just have to work on the detail, composition good.
