    bummed a 'moke'

This guy asked for a smoke. So I traded for a pic.
not sure if I like the blue bit on the left of his hat.
The lens is showing some CA in the bokeh, in strong light too.

    Look through a glass eye.
    Give it a few tries.
Nothing goes right in its time.

Good shot, I generally don't like pre-pose shots but this one doesn't actually feel that way to look at, I think the gentleman is looking through you? If you know what I mean. I didn't actually notice the blue as a distraction until you mentioned it, I did however notice the big guy ruining above the hat which is distractive of the finer background. A touch more contrast on the face would have been interesting. Maybe try cropping to the shoulders of the big guy running and see what this brings?

Nice capture of the guy, it could have worked better with a solid backdrop, perhaps from a different angle. And, wow, that is a ton of CA! Are all your aperture blades working properly?

Good thing with the hat though - you can very easily cut him out and paste him into any backdrop (size appropriated), and it could work for a very surreal and sometimes funny photo. A very good capture of the guy, natural and casual, I like it.
