I like the subject but don't much care for the composition-my issue is that you have the person nearly in the center of the frame. If she was on one side of the frame looking towards the other side of the frame it would be a lot better.
I think the issue I have with this is the fact that the lady is directly in front, Perhaps if you had taken a step to the left if possible, going right is not an option, you would have a better angle.
As it is I like the layers you managed to capture.

This was a spur of the moment capture. There were obstacles to the left of the frame including a couple of people. When I saw the scene I wanted just the girl, and that was the only framing that would capture just her. Sometimes you just have to take what you can get.
