Actually you need to be accepted into a shogun in a mountainous Japanese region in which you'll undergo many years of training and meditation and as your final test you must pick up a red hot Nikon logo with your forearms, leaving permanent marks upon your arms.

So is it more like a list of members who use Nikon? Or one has to go up the mountain first?

There is an "official" Clan O'Canon on the site. Note my avatar. There is also a Pentax clan, and I believe there is a Konica Minolta and possibly and Olympus clan as well. Not sure on the last two tho.

Clan O'Canon users are mostly drunken Irishmen that don't care what their images look like - they are used to seeing things blurred and OOF. Most of them don't shower for weeks and have a stench you don't want to get near. They are always looking for a brawl and most of the time will end up fighting each other (they know better than to mess with a samurai)
