Don..I like the last one best, although I think it could be improved by straightening & a little bit sharpening.

I think the middle one is the strongest since the peoples faces are clearly visible.

The last one does have a nice feeling of space and solitude but as Len noted a little straightening is in order.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Is that an old snow pile behind the gal in the first one? Did the snow finally disappear up there?
I like both 2 and 3 the best and really don't think 3 needs straightening as its from the angle you shot at and straightening might make the people look off kilter. I do think a little straightening on number 2 would help

Thanks all. These are probably some of the last people pix with the good old Kodak Z740. I'm switching to my Nikon D40.

    Re: People on the Street

Hi Don - I personally like the last one best - the woman's expression is priceless and the man looking away balances her nicely. It is also very much in your own particular style. I confess that when I first started looking at your pictures I used to think you tended to oversharpen and oversaturate excessively. I hold my hands up though and admit I was wrong. The more I see of your work, the more I like it for its individuality - you really have developed your own particular way of seeing the world.

    Cheers
