    Out on a Limb

    I was waiting for a bird to land on the very end of this one branch. This titmouse came the closest.

    One reached way over but I had my shutter speed set too slow to freeze the head in action. Didn't expect him to do that.


    BTW - that underlighting you see is from the snow on the ground.

    I don't know the colouring of the bird but the wood looks like it needs a bit more saturation. Other than that excellent.
