I took this of my kitten Zeke, he was on the back of my chair as I was downlaoding photos (he like to watch) is it to orange? I didnt edit except to crop some of the chair out.

Yes, I would say that overall this image is too orange. OTOH it was just a quick shot and not something you set up so what are you going to do?

What does bother me about this shot is the format-it is just too wide and not tall enough for my taste. I think it would look a lot better with a small crop from the right and a big crop from the left all the way to the whiskers. Still, is it worth cropping what is in essence a snapshot?

Thanks, I will try that, this was one of those grab my camera and shoot over my shoulder while still sitting in the chair lol not an ounce of planning here, thanks for the advice!

I either suck at this or I am doing something wrong, if I make it taller, the chair is in the photo....is this any different? The cat being orange makes this harder lol I could bleach him

A study in shades of Orange and Brown.

I wonder if a little more brown chair would complete it?
Brown chair, light brown/dark orange, then orange wall.
With the ginger cat bridging all the shades and joining it together.

Just my luck, lol my chair is black....ty I do think I like the first one better but I like the cropping in the 2nd...
