Oh I love the Mediterranean ports - there is an abundance of images to be taken! This is very pleasant and evocative of a French port/marina. It does though seem to have a slight magenta cast to it. Correct that and it would be very pretty.

There is a dreamy look to this, possibly from what I perceive to be a softness in the focus.
i agree with mike in removing the slight Magent cast and maybe warm it up a slight bit.
It's framed very nice and the sky adds the drama and mood over the already dreamy image.

Well, it does look blue, but more importantly to me..It looks out of focus..I like the composition, I like the sky, but my eyes keep looking for the focus point...I just can't find it.

I agree with Mike and Gary on correcting the color cast and would add that I would like to see all of the boat at the bottom in the frame. Great work.
