This is a beautiful photo. i like the warm color and the exposure. The dark silhouettes really compliment the scene. In this image the horizon is absolutely centered, which is usually not a good idea . . .however I think it is fine in this case. i like that you did not get this shot from in the middle area between the boats but rather off to the side. This allows a nice perspective of the masts leading down to the line as well as the reflections leading up. Also gives good visibility to the trees off in the distant bg. I think there is just enough hint of detail in the dark areas to make out the shapes and presence of the rows of boast in their slips.

The composition is ok, you couldn't really show any less without losing a great deal however with a wider lens you would have been able to include a lot more sky or foreground moving the horizon out of the center of the image.
Nice job...you have your sun in the right spot for the purists..yawn..and the cacophony of masts leads to you to more than just another sunset pic. You can't always paint a picture. And good lord, if only we could practice what we preach. I imagine the details come out in a high resolution..?..
