    Canon powershot G6, LCD NOT WORKING!!!! *URGENT* ****

    The LCD screen on my camera is only functional on certain settings, video works however, help please!!

    The camera still takes pictures, the LCD screen just fades after switching to auto, image zone and creative zone.

    The first thing I would try is fresh/new batteries. It sounds like it is not getting enough power.
