    Its unbelievable how much these guys can eat almost all the time, tack sharp as usual Loupey. Did y you use your Macro or 300 and Tubes.

    Good question, Knight

    Been trying to carry and actually use the 180mm since I paid good $$$ for it. Had to look it up but the 180mm was used for this one.

    Amber - thank you. I have no idea what this species is. Might be one of those that remains a chrysalis over the winter and emerges early in spring?

    mn shutterbug - I'm glad you agree that that's one hot sexy 'pillar

    Speed - it get worse. Much worse. It doesn't even have to be alive to get me going (that sounds bad now that I type it). I took the family to the Smithsonian in Washington DC a few years back and while looking at the Hope Diamond, there were these other gorgeous minerals nearby with all these sexy curves/lumps/bulges. I know I must have been more vocal than I thought because the wife and kids were all embarrassed
