    feathers,water,pricklys

    a few shots pertaining to nature taken during my holidays,enjoy any feedback with composition and others,thanks for viewing.

    I think the first one just has too many ducks scattered in shade and sun. If you could have isolated just a couple in even lighting, it would have been a bit better.

    The 2nd one seems a little murky. It's a nice capture, but considering the way his head is pointing, I think it would have worked better to have more room on the left side instead of the right side.

    I have nothing to criticize on the last three. They're pretty darned nice shots, especially the duck butt.

    I think the first one is your strongest image. Unfortunately, the ducklings all have too much shadow cast on them. I'm loving that rock with the black background. Something landing on top of that would have been nice.

    The duck butt shot is too tilted for my tastes. The last one is nice technically - but the subject is not very strongly portrayed.

    With the falls, make sure that you "see" the image through front to back. Meaning look for any obstruction in front of and any intersecting lines behind your main subject. In this case, the branch is a major obstruction IMO.
