A sentry, a babe and a couple cousins.

I found these friendly geese after coming out of the dentist's office today. I was a little light headed from the nitrous oxide, so I decided to spend a little time with the honkers.

    Thanks Digger.

This was a group of about 25 or 30 geese just strolling and pooping along a trail that runs along the Des Moines river. They are definitely used to people. They would get a tad nervous but definitely not scared - my kind of wild subject.
