I like the low angle that you used. The tulips cut off on the right hurts the over all composition.IMO. It also looks as though you have quite a bit of noise in the sky, like maybe you pushed a curves adjustment to far. I like the sharpening effect, it gives it an artistic feel.

It is certainly an unconventional angle, and I like that! I also like the overall exposure - you have managed to get the tulips, the foliage, and the sky all exposed correctly, which is not the easiest thing in the world to do. I agree though that the tulips on the right might be better cloned out. Also, I feel that the flowers seem a little harsh (if that makes sense)? Maybe a little oversharpened?

Great point of view. I agree about cloning/cropping out the right side flower. There looks to be an over processed quality to this, but it works. Good work

Thank you all. The deal with the sky is because I shot this with my F5 BUT...used a digital fish eye lens. I had to do a serious crop to remove the threads from around the image. LOL. My digital was languishing with the Ritz Camera crew, in all their ineptitude. And I didn't want to miss the shot! I did balance out the levels a bit, but I didn't sharpen. Because of the fish eye, it creates its own aberrations without my help (normally, I help it along!).

I will try and clone/crop that side bloom.

    Thanks again!

So of course you laid right down in the middle of them! I'm digging the Looming Tulips perspective. Great colors at work here and (Hooray!) you've indulged your eye and gone for an almost silk screen or push processed look. I like it. Nice to see you posting again, keep 'em coming!
