Just Cleanin' Up a Bit!

Was out playing today and caught this beautiful mallard bathing a bit....What do you think? I know some were a bit dark, I lightned them all I coud without compromising color but I liked the fact that I got the whole process.

excellent sequence, great composition, and as you said, it's a little dark, the water is perfect, but the duck is too dark. (I dont think i've ever turned out a decent duck photo, but my guess is to expose for the duck, and then overexpose and then burn the water?)

Yes I agree, he is a bit dark. This happened to be a spot where a shadow was falling but I didn't want to miss the moment. Oh well, maybe I will catch on doing this in the sun next time!
