    not enough her..too much background..maybe a vertical crop for this one? The aperture didn't really pull her out..ya know

    Cute, cute, cute. Too bad you cut off her feet. Believe me, though, we all do that. It does need a vertical crop. The parking/pole/light hting is nearly as big as she is in the frame and takes away from the girl.

    I agree the feet should be in the shot. I would have turned the camera in portrait and would have eliminated the space on either side. It also seems a bit soft?

    that was my crop...much better. I think if you pull the top down to the tip of the umbrella..or lower?...you can eliminate some of that bright light around the palms

    This works very well in my book, It brings more attention to her and her beautiful smile. Well done.

    The crop is better, but I still don't like the DOF. Currently you have no emphasis on her.

    Was this taken in a mall? It seems like everytime I whip my camera out in the mall, security is all over me saying "no pictures, no pictures!"

    that shot was taken at shutter 100 f2.8 at 30mm i think it was the focal length that didn't blow the background out also i was pretty close up i think i should have stand back a little more
