Too many trees in this shot I think. They are not needed. I think I would have croped just above the house roof.

    How can I be lost
If I've got nowhere to go?

I think I would leave the house out completely and crop right where the stairs start
at the top of the hill because the falls are the focus and this brings out the reflection
more. I'd leave out the house, sky and trees.......the white of the waterfall looks very
pretty against the cool green colors surrounding it.

I agree that everything above the falls probably needs cropped out. It think moving slightly left and a little more reflection in the water would have worked too making for a stonger foreground. You did well shooting on a cloudy day and the shutter speed works well too.

I agree too, i see this more as a landscape the vertical shot.

I agree with the 'too many trees' comment but am OK with the house since it gives a sense of location without distracting too strongly. I'd suggest trying a square crop of the lower part of the frame.

Because this is lit by blue skylight which has filtered through all the green leaves I like a slight color adjustment away from the blues, cyan, and greens leaving a whiter white and warmer surroundings - be subtle though. A small 's' shaped curves adjustment can also bring out the the falling water better.

Nice shot, wish I were there...

Here's a different image. I was more to the left. I also cropped the trees/house.
