    From above - revisited

I was going through my vacation shots this morning and I decided to do some post work on the egret I shot from above while on the balloon ride.

This guys we caught unaware of us as we floated by until the pilot hit the burner and startled him into flight. I then tracked him across the water as he flew low across the water. The mist was rising off the water and the sunrise is the orange/yellow light refracting through the mist. We were only about 150 feet above him at the time and both of us were moving so it made for an interesting situation to shoot in.

Now of all of these I can't decide which one I like the best and/or which one to print. Please help me with suggestions.

That is very cool! I like the birds reflection underneath it as it is flying.

Paul - Thanks. That exactly why I like them. We also saw a Bald Eagle that day and I have posted them... but I completed the post work on the best of them all and I will repost it in that thread.

Copy - I saw the reflection after shooting and it was a definite bonus.

Karen - Thanks for commenting. You've picked the same 2 that I am narrowing it down to now. #3 strikes me the most as it has the most colour in it. IO just wish the pose had been better in #2 as it has all the elements I wanted. Oh well. Hard thing to do, shooting while moving and following a moving subject lol.

Definately #5, the reflections of the trees and vegetation are more pronounced in this one, another great opportunity.
