    Thinking of getting a new lens, how does a 1200-1700 sound?

    While cruising the net today, I rememered this site thats all about the Nikons. Thought this would be a fun lens to aquire:

    Nikon 1200-1700 F5.6-8 manual focus lens

    Image the possibilities!

    at least you can toss on a 2x converter and get some real length out if it :thumbsup:

    I don't have a clue on the price, but I figure if I could afford the lens, then I could afford to hire an entourage of people to hold/carry it for me
