    Blue Sky Day II

Sorry folks, this week has been slow here due to very rainy weather except today. Gorgeous blue sky with some clouds later in the afternoon.

It was very breezy though - 20 to 30 mph winds in my estimates. Almost impossible to hold a long telephoto still. The kestrel was bouncing on that branch like a pogo stick.

The geese? I just thought they were too funny as they just couldn't get into formation with the winds

Two more from the day. The kestrel again - head into the wind.

The ducks made a stop over in a field which turned into a pond/lake with all the rains lately. When they took off, they actually hovered for a while.

Loupey, are you twirling a dead mouse at the end of a string to get those hawk and kestrel shots? I'm almost convinced of it.

    Nice shots as always.
