Optio S4 VS. Canon SD 110?

Hey everyone....
I'm looking to buy either a Pentax Optio S4 3.2 or a Canon SD 110 3.2 soon, but I don't know which one is better and am looking for peoples opinion on the matter. They are both about the same price, and they are both very small, which is important to me. Also, they both offer video with sound, which is a nice feature. I'm looing for a camera that has minimal time between photos, and has a decent flash for taking people pictures at night.

Any advice would be very helpful! Also, if anyone knows of another camera in a similar price range that they like, please let me know.

I am conisdering the same units, along with some others.

The Optio is nice and has nice features, but image quality is relatively poor. The SD110 takes nicer pics, and is also very nicely sized.

Take a look at the Olympus Stylus 300. Weather proof, slightly different dimensions but still tiny. Takes nice pictures, but the memory is XD card, and since I have SD cards I tend to be leaning towards the others. If you have no memory card investment to protect, then it might not matter.
