    Your exposure and PP look perfect IMO. Love the directional lighting. You captured the brightness of the sun well.

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments very much. While the gull was very cooperative it kept the back to me. In the end, it worked out ok as the colors of the back fit the background. There was a bit of breeze ruffling the white tips of feathers at the lower right of the image. I kind of like that in this shot.

    Awesome capture CF. I love the detail in the feathers and the shadows are not distracting...except for the little bit around the eye which loses some detail there...but hey it can't always be perfect. That being said I really like the shot.
