    first tube shots ...

Well ups just left my house about 30 min ago

I had to see what these things can do ... sooooooo ...

using my tamron 70 - 300 mm / macro f4/5.6 lens i tossed on the tubes and on a tripod and decided that my mouse was the closest thing to nature i have in the house that wouldn't move

here is the mouse with the lens at macro

here is 12mm tube with 300mm lens

here is 12 mm and 20mm tubes with 300 lens

and here is all 3 tubes 68mm tubes and 300 lens

don't realize how dirty my mouse is until i got in close with it ... will have to do some more experimenting when i have more time .. but i see that i am going to have some fun with these come summer time ....

thanks for the comments ... I plan on trying out the 50mm soon with the tubes ... I couldn't believe how touchy the focus is with these ... found out fast that manual focus is the only way to get it where you want it ..
