A good day in the bush!

These were taken this afternoon at the Lucan Conservation Area, just north of London, Ontario.

None of them turned out to be wall-hangers, but I did manage to get decent, identifiable images of all of them.

    They should be, in order:
    1) Hairy Woodpecker
    2) Belted Kingfisher (a first for me!)
    3) Pileated Woodpecker (I followed this guy for an hour through the bush to get his picture)
    4) Red Bellied Woodpecker

    Cheers,

    Randy.

Congrats, it's pretty cool getting an image of certain bird for the first time... I love that shot BTW. I know of one K/F that lives by me and I can hear him coming from a mile away.... and I don't have a shot of him yet.
