    red shouldered hawk?

I woke up this morning and this little fellow was just sitting there posing for me. I am a little limited by my 18-135 lense, but i think it works.I believe its a red-shouldered hawk.

Nice picture.. definitely a good capture. I can't help with the ID but I do have to say... "I wanna live where you do" if that's the view you get just after waking up.
