    Re: King Of The Blues

I love peacocks. Such magnificent birds.... and so loud you can hear them for miles... kinda like my wife :blush2:

Of all the ones you've posted today this one and the feathers are my favourites. The feathers remind me of Loupey's recent obcession for abstract macros. The colors in both images are stunning but this one just SCREAMS blue from the rooftops. You even managed to capture that iridescent feel the feathers give you when they move around in the light.

    Nice job

    Jaedon,

Thanks very much for the comments. The lighting was perfect, over cast, no shadows; the colors were brilliant.

    Thanks again.

Thanks very much for the comment. A perch of sorts, it was sitting on the edge of the roof of a barn. And quite accomodating I must say.

    Thanks again.

Yeesch, seal of approval, even I wouldn't tell that one. Great shot CF. I can't see color, but I can tell you it looks great in B/W.

    Re: King Of The Blues

Hmmm. In B/W. I hadn't thought of that. The colors are so striking that I had not thought of that. I will have to play around with this.

    Thanks for the comment.
