Hmm. I think the pattern and your composition is good. I think I would prefer a deeper DOF, I think (can't tell for sure unless I saw it). Also, I think that the pic should be rotated... Not sure whether it should be 180 degrees or just 90 one way or the other, but seems unnatural the way the 'things' (not sure what they are ) are lying there.

The colors seem very Christmas-like. Too bad there's not any green in there too.
