These are probably my two, both were taken fairly recently.

Since I've not been here all that long (and even shorter to the N/W forum), I'd love to see images from the first half of the year.

Good idea for a thread!! This isn't an award winner, but it makes me smile when I see it. We liked this image so much, we are using it for our Christmas cards this year!

I would have to say my favourites are...
#1 My Lemur. I was so excited to be this close to it and to be able to get such great shots. And it got a POTD on a website
#2 My Iguana because it was a featured photo here
#3 My fish managed to get a finalist for me in a contest with over 23900 entries
#4 & #5 My Cricket/Grasshopper pictures. The large picture got a potd on a website and the other image, I love, because with my daughter in the frame, it gives you some idea of how small it was in reality lol.
