    Anyone Down there!

I was going to title it kiss my ----! but didnt want to offend anyone, but this chap certainly told me what he thought of his picture being taken! i actuall took my 18-55mm kit lense out of its box and thought i would have a mess around on my 20D, weird feeling using a wide angle after constant use of a zoom, but good fun, and surprised with the quality it gave.

Berries just for an example, and thanks Loupey & Paulnj for choosing one of my Kingfisher shots as featured photo.

Too funny Bev. Nothing like a duck with a sense of humour.

    Re: Anyone Down there!

Bet the 20D was like seeing an old forgotten friend again Also bet that it came alive in your hands too!

A change of methods is a great way to see and shoot things in a completely different manner. Love the 2nd one by the way (where are you hiding the bird anyway?).

Hope your kit lenses and the 20D won't get too dusty

    Re: Anyone Down there!

Thanks Scott-devon and Loupey, i have to admit i do love my 20D i feel totally at home with it, i had to at one time leave it at home and only take the 1D out on trips, it was the only way i was'nt going to give up with the 1D! but it worked, and i feel at ease with it now and all my postings from over the last couple of months are from the 1D, apart from these.

Actually Loupey i was focusing on a bird, it flew away, and i got these berries instead!!! Lol!

    Re: Anyone Down there!

Your first image reminded me of a shot I took back in 1986. Here it is for kicks.

    Film: Kodachrome 64
    Lens: 135mm
    Camera: Canon A-1
    Aperture: info long gone
Shutter: can't remember what I had for dinner 2 nights ago

Hope you don't mind me posting, Bev.
