    A Capital Capitol Sunrise-sequence.

I went there to take the blue pix. Canon 10D with a 12-24 likely set to about 14 and 5.6 with a split DN filter 2 second exposure ISO 100. I got just exactly what I wanted.

Then I hung around and got the purple and red one too the only thing that changed was the exposure. About 18 minutes for the sequence. A little bonus there.

And still had plenty of time to make it into work on schedule.

Nice shots, beautiful reflection. The only negative I see is in the blue one the horizon is tilted a little, easily fixed though.

I just commented on these over on the gallery. But wanted to come over here to say it one more time. You knocked my socks off with these. If I was a rater these would be off the scale.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

You know, now that you mention it the horizon is a little off.

Thanks a lot for the kind words, I am pretty happy with the way this came out. I have already sold a couple of these sets, I guess I'll have to make more.

Very nice shots, but I like the first one best. Somehow the "purpleness" just fits the mood. In the third, the red is a little too harsh for my liking... but that's just me.
