Mutton Bustin'

SmartWombat requested that I post these here. Probably a different sort of sport than most of you are used to, and a lot more fun to watch! These shots are from our annual Stagecoach Days here in Banning, California.

I didn't check to to see if there is a limit to how many photos one can post here, so please forgive me if I've overexceeded the allotted amount.

Ooops, almost forgot this one...the winner's circle. The girl on the right won the most points.

Re: Mutton Bustin'

Those are all awsome shots. You did a great job covering the event. I really like the first one. Such determination in his eyes.

Thanks for that, I thought they ought to appear here too as it's a sport that most people here wouldn't have seen or heard of.

Great shots, but I didn't realize letting your kids be tackled by sheek was a sport.

Ray-
I love all of your photos. But these are my favorites yet. They're just so fun. And of course, you are a great photographer. That helps :-)

Re: Mutton Bustin'

You can find me at a youth rodeo almost every weekend photographing these kids. I would rather spend my time at any youth event than any professional event because the kids give it all they have and the expressions you can capture are priceless.

Nice shots.
