ah yes, I'm back at it.

first day shooting in probably 4 months or so. just one for now because I'm running out to my next game, then football tomorrow, and field hockey on sunday. It'll be a long weekend. Plus I've got a calendar to do for a friend, and my photography project due this thursday. Oh it will be fun.

I LOVE the shot. It has the facial expression on the goalie and great action... NICE..

some more. overall I guess I'm content with the images. Not the greatest, but like I said, i havent shot in 4 mths or so.

right after he scored the game winner. probably my favorite shot from the night.

it started to get dark near the end, so the quality took a turn for the worst. they're a bit noisy, as you can see.

and what would it be without girls?

if this shot weren't blurry, it would be the PERFECT shot. I couldn't have asked for the girls to stand around in awe more. This was the game-tying goal, a header off a corner kick.

    done.

Nice way to ease back into shooting. The last two images are the gold winners for the day. The one is a great individual shot and that last one is a perfect example of shooting wide and capturing a great narrative image. It doesn't need words it speaks for itself.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

The last pic left me with my mouth hanging open. WOW!

I'm in complete love with the pic of the guy laying down after his winning goal. Priceless!
    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.

    Hey Brent,

Great stuff as always. The last shot is great. I like the perspective.

On the third shot of the 2nd group, I'd almost go with a tighter crop. The guy on the left is very distracting from the action.
