    Seabirds at the park

On a trip to a park where i was photographing "dogs at work", these birds (il be honest and admit i am not sure exactly what they are ie Gulls etc) kept attracting my attention, they were quite amusing, watching the young ones pestering the adult and getting the cold shoulder which then was followed by very loud squaking!

These look like herring gulls to me, but I am not sure if they live on your side of the pond. GREAT WING POSITIONS!

    Re: Seabirds at the park

My father-in-law bought me a bird ID book last week. It is small enough to carry with me in my bag. See what you, Paul, and all the other birders here have done

Watch out! I may start to sound smarte sone!

Nice pics as usual, Bev. Great detail and clarity.

Nice job Bev. Really like a couple of these. I bought an Audubon bird book years ago to use on the trail. It has been a valued addition to my hikes for years.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
