    Cooled off today

So, I finally got back out. These shots were taken using the KM5D, and 70-210. I got two rolls of film that I shot exclusively wide angle closeups of animals from off the side of the vehicle (thanks Loupey), hopefully I'll have some up if everything looks good after development.

PS - Sorry I haven't been around/commenting much, it's been busy. As some of you may know, I'm getting ready to do some freelance work for football season with the local paper, and have recently taken on duties as photographer for the state fair. In addition, getting ready for the photography competition (at the fair), and voluntering services for that function, as well as work.

Wow those are sharp! The lighting is great to bring out all the detail and textures. Excellent processing too

Does this mean I get my beer now?

    Re: Cooled off today

Loupey, you have given me some awesome ideas (although the wide angles didn't come out well), if I ever have the chance, I owe you a case! As I said before, you are an inspiration to me, and one of the few people that made me fall in love with nature/wildlife photography.

Thanks Bev, and Paul. It was a wonderful day, like something straight out of a National Geo's photog journal, special equipped vehicle and all. Too bad I'm not at their level....YET
