    The Enemy - Japanese Beetles

There has been a sudden infestation of these leaf and foilage munching pests in my neck of the woods. Not the easiest to photograph as they are shiny and move about rather quickly. Oh, and of course today the wind was blowing but I think this is O.K. I'll sort through todays pics and see if I've got any more.

They are EVERYWHERE on the powerline cut at my local park. I too had trouble with wind and forever moving, so gave up. I may try again though ?
