    A thunderbird F-16

    A U.S. Air Force F-16 turning above Eglin Air Force Base, Florida,
    on 1 April 2004. It was a day of practice prior to the weekend's open house.


    Camera: Nikon F5
    Lens: VR 80-400mm AF Nikkor
    Film: Agfa Vista 200
    Filter: Tiffen 812

    Best jet yet.

    Of all the airplane pix I like this one the best so far. A lot more drama to it and the sky isn't washed out. Nice shot.

    Nice shot Jerry!. The colors really pop.

    I like the apparent pulsing seen in the exhaust. Do any of you airplane types know what causes this in a rotary engine?
