I'm a new poster here and photography is a passion for me. I don't know why it is, but all the girls in my life have a 'pink gene' and so I married my two passions and created the site in my sig line. Seems next to 10x zoom the other required element is that any new camera they recieve MUST be pink. Please cheak us out and I look forward to your comments. I'm also glad to me a new member to the photography review family.
Shoot on!

Welcome to the forums.
I don't know why either but will say that at first I suspected this to be a spam post.
Since your sig line isn't clckable and your message seems sincere, I'll say I hope to see and hear from you more.
Pink was the "next black" for a little while in mountain biking, about two years ago. Seemed like all the kids and young gravity pros were sporting some pink bike parts of gear. So it's not just the ladies that like pink
So what camera are you using, Digi Dame? Do you have a pink digital SLR or does the pink requirement limit your camera choice?
There is a trend that pink color is for girls and blue is for boys.
It started in the 1800's if I remember right, before that it was the other way around, although it was red for boy and blue for girl. check it out on Google, it will have the origin.
