    Sky and Land

    A couple shots from a recent mountain bike ride(well, my two favorites for the day anyways)

    With the angles of the land leading the eye into the photo and the detail in all parts, the first one is by far the winner here.

    For me, the first one is best. Light and shadow in the first is really cool. Nice DOF.

    Very good color and sharpness. This looks like you're near Death Valley. Could use something else in the bottom image, in the center. I am tempted to say the same about the top shot, but it is just nice seeing the uninterrupted land here .. Leave it as is!

    The first photo is really quite nice, and I think quite a bit stronger than the second. I think the lighting is quite a bit better, and there is some nice texture going on in the foreground. The second photo is nice too, but the mountains are a little more backlit, so the details aren't as noticable, and the I think I could use a little more of the foreground.
