    At the covered bridge
i was out hiking with a group. we stopped to look at an old covered bridge and mill. I saw this girl leaning against the fence with the light shining on her framed by the bridge but by the time i repositioned and snapped the shot she had turned and started walking away so there is a little motion blurr (in her legs).

but what else? is the guy in the background to distracting, or does the play between her looking in that direction and him being a silhouette so your eye doesn't stay there long, work?

I like it.I am curious as to what the guy and the little girl are looking at in the background. Makes the scene more interesting to me. It looks like your red tones are a little on the heavy side. Kind of looks like she is sunburnt. I also am interested to see what it would look like cropped down a little. Maybe right above her knee and at the shingles on the roof. That's all I can nit pick. Great capture.

i looked back at the original file and the reds are pretty much the same as this one. it was the setting sun which probably added alot of the red, but also the fact that we had been hiking all day made her red to.

i was contemplating a crop to, though different than you suggest, ill play around with it and see what i get.
