Iso 3200

One of the many things i love about the D700 Nikon is it's high ISO capabilities. Here is a clandestine image I shot from my seat when Joy wasn't looking at my daughters wedding Saturday. I was very pleased with what I got at 3200 ISO. I could never have done this with any other camera body I have had in the past. Oh and this is about a 50% crop on the original image as well.

Very nice looking photo! I don't have the budget for a D700 and lenses to go with it but I sure am enjoying the high ISO performance on my D90 I just purchased, Jeff

How about replying to this post from a wedding photographer who is hesitating between a D300 and a D700? I can tell him all about the D300 but I've never used the D700

Thanks guys. I would have never believed results could be like this at ISO 3200 until I started running the D700 through it's paces. with other bodies I would rarely go above ISO 800 if I wanted decent noise results.
