Well done YoYo. The composition and exposure are perfect. You really nailed this one. How did you expose this without blurring the people at the bottom?

    Hi Greg,
Thanks for the kind words. The shot was taken with an 800 ASA film at f, 2.0 and 1/30s.

Yoyo, I agree with everyone else. The exposure is great. However, I'm not crazy about the tree and the awning intruding on the building.

Hi Gary, Thanks for the kind words. I also like the exposure on the passers-by.

Hi Rick, Thanks for the compliments.

Hi John, You have pointed out my main worry. I also dont like the canopy on the right.

I am sorry, I guess I lost here in your thread.
Which stars are you talking about?

    Re: Where is The Stars?
    Congratulation on the feature.

There are only one or two things to comment on:

    1. I like this scene and how you've managed to compose and capture it.
    2. The support rod to the roof/awning along the right intrudes . . .

The awning I didn't care for at first but it does provide some visual balance to the tree at left. The buildings urban environment presents a challenge for acheiving a clean visual presentation. It works well in context.

Very glad to see this one and again I like it and congratulations on the feature!

Congratulations on the sticky yoyo !! I like the angle of view that you have chosen for this and the resulting contrasts in this image, the menacing looking Dior sign with the shadowed teeth / icicles and hurrying figures below, very interesting stuff...

    Well done!

Hi drg, Thanks for sharing your perspective. Yes, I also find it difficult to shoot buildings most of the time.

Hi Herriot, How are you doing? It is very hot here in Hong Kong (33 degree C today); I hope it is better in Singapore. I like your interpretation which I have not thought about. It makes sense to me.

    Hi yoyo,
Never seen a building lit like that. I like Herriot's interpretation and the sillouetted people below.
Congrats on the sticky. Sorry I posted so late.
