I don't know if there is a 64-bit Zoom Browser EX for Vista, but there is the Canon RAW Codec for Vista available directly from Canon via download at:

This Codec is listed as Windows 7 Compatible so I believe it is the best current solution.

I do know that as a registered (my cameras, lenses, and I have an 'account') user when I log in there are different options available with some portions of the web site interface.

Canon's Digital Photo Professional may be more what you are seeking? Does your current version of Z B Ex not work under W7?

The various versions of the zoombrowser/raw conversion software I've seen are included with a camera and are not separately available. Then they are usually parametrized for that individual model of camera so they aren't really for another Canon model. You also have had to have the right versions for an update. Older cameras and the included software don't get the update path as newer ones. That's the information I've gotten in the not too distant past.

I would really recommend another RAW converter over Canon's. DPP is O.K. but there's better out there. The Vista Codec will let you view the RAW files from your Windows utilities via the thumbnails embedded in the RAW's and do basic conversions with the enabled utilities.

One of the few reasons I can see to run the Canon software is if there is some camera specific function you want to modify with Camera/software packages that support it like loading owner/IPTC/copyright/web information directly into an EOS 1d series camera or the few cameras that let you customize Picture Styles on the computer and enable the camera.
