I think it's pretty good work. If you KNOW where to look, you can see the cloned areas. That torn area bottom right had to be especially difficult. Personally, the only thing I would have changed from your work is maybe make it a tiny bit darker.
I made the "mistake" of letting family members know I could do this. I get a request every so often to fix some irreplacable gem, and some are OK, some are beyond hope. The worst one I did even had tape marks on the edges and corners!

You have done nice work, but some more editing is still behind, change the brightness, fix it on normal. change the direction of the eye ball. As you are also looking, background, give it more brightness, its really looks like dull.
