It can be moved if need be. What I am wanting to do is take a single picture I have and get it printed out into 4 panels that I can hang next to eachother.... I dont know how to explain it. It is going over the mantel, I have a picture in mind, I just want it into the four different sections of the picture, but I can't find anywhere to print such an odd sized photo. My husband was saying 24X9 for each of the panels but I would have to remeasure to make sure :p
Re: Not sure where to post this...
I moved it to the software forum. We don't have a printing forum and this is a post-processing queston really so I think this is a good fit :)
Getting a 4-panel print made isn't a problem. But instead of thinking of it as one image, start thinking of it as 4. The way to do this is to break your image into 4 panels on your own and then have each one printed separately.
How big you can go without it falling apart depends on the original file quality and resolution. I don't think 24 x 9 inches will be a problem if it's a good T1i file. Did you shoot the original RAW? Do you want to share the image with us here? I don't know if it really makes a difference but I'm curious about it :)

Oh there is nothing spectacular about it. It's a just a tree I converted into a high contrast B&W. I have seen similar shots used this way and i like them but dont want to pay the prices on the tags for this artwork when I have a perfectly good camera of my own :)

Here Costco only go up to 8" on their in-store printing, but specialist photo printers should have no problem with 24x9.
Is that going to be 4 panels 24 high by 9 wide, or 4 panels 9 high x 24 wide ?
Will you be adding a border to the prints to go under the matte in frames, or will they be borderless mounted on board?
