Nik color efex 4

It's well documented that I'm a plugin junkie, and Nik's color efex is my main drug of choice...particularly the tonal contrast filter. The upgrade just came out, which allows filters to be stacked (nice), as well as some new filters and other features. I'm pretty fond of hdr, and don't care if it's a little noticeable, but the new detail extractor is impressive. I've posted a crumby original, the barely tweaked detail preset, and another with the tonal contrast added for fun. No other changes made.

Looks OK. I bought their Silver Efex a few weeks ago but haven't had time to play with it yet. It doesn't work in Corel Photo Paint, unfortunately (only CS plug-in I've seen yet that doesn't).

Silver efex is great. give yourself some time to get to know it. The soft contrast slider is a hidden weapon
